“When I’m feeling stressed, I go to the kitchen, roll up my sleeves and bake up a batch of scones. The act of using your hands to shape and form the scones helps to ground me and put things in perspective.”
"I was inspired by a novel
I was writing in which my protagonist was the author of a book titled Bake Your Way to Happiness
I figured it could and should be a real book!"
